PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Introduction

VETSNOOT LLC (“VetSnoot” or “we”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy (“Privacy Policy,” or “Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website https://vetsnoot.com/ (the “Site”) or purchase, download, install, register with, access, subscribe to, or use our web-based applications (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.  This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Site’s Terms of Use, which are available at https://vetsnoot.com/terms, and VetSnoot’s Terms of Service, which are available at https://vetsnoot.com/welcome.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.  If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Site and not to register with, install, or use the Services.  By accessing or using this Site or registering with, installing, or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (See Changes to Our Privacy Policy).  Your continued use of this Site and/or the Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy from time to time for updates.

This Policy applies to information we collect:

•    On the Site.

•    In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Site or sent through or in connection with the Services.

•    In the Services.

•    When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Policy.

It does not apply to information that:

•    We collect offline or through any other means, including on any other website or application operated by VetSnoot or any third party, including third-party websites you may access through the Site or the Services;

•    Any third party collects, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Site or the Services; or

•    You provide to or is collected by any third party (See Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies).  Our Site and the Services, and these third parties, may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

We collect and use your information in a centralized way.  This may include your credentials; your name and contact details; payment information; information about your activities, your interests and preferences; insights about your finances or your business; the content you place in our Website and/or the Services; and information we have collected about you from third-party sources.

Some experiences and services within the Site and/or the Service allow you to interact with an organization (such as your employer).  If you are granted access to an organization or household account (for example, a business’s account), the owner of the organization or a designated administrator may control and administer details of your account, for example, by deciding your access rights; making decisions about your personal information (such as details about your payroll); or requiring you to take certain actions (for example, use location tracking to clock in for a shift).  If your access rights are amended by the owner or designated administrator, then you may lose access to the information that is in the control of the organization.  Similarly, your use of the Site and/or the Services as part of an organization’s account may be subject to the organization’s policies, which may be different from this Policy.  We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other organizations, and you should consider both the organization's policies and whether you are comfortable enabling the organization with access to your information prior to connecting to their services.

Some services and experiences in the Site and/or the Services require you to provide information for it to function. If you do not wish to provide the required information, you may not be able to use certain features.

  1. Children Under the Age of 13

Neither our Site nor the Services are intended for children under 13 years of age.  No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Site or the Services.  We do not knowingly collect information from children under age 13.  If you are under age 13, do not use or provide any information on the Site or on or through any of its features/register on the Site; make any purchases through the Site; use any of the interactive or public comment features on the Site; register with, install, or use the Services; or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use.  If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 years of age without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.  If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13 years of age, please contact us.  See Contact Information.
